Our Winter Watchman service is new for 2010 and has been well received by over 100 clients so far. This department is managed by two retired law enforcement officials with over 38 years experience each.
- Interior and exterior home property checks on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and after severe storms.
- Contact via phone and/or e-mail if issues need to be addressed.
- Vacation Service: Property Watch catered to your individual, short-term needs.
- Fall and Spring checklist to address immediate and future maintenance items
- Storm checks after major storms during contract period at no additional cost
- 24/7 emergency response via call center. An additional charge may be required
- Property Watch log at house, dated and initialed when checks are made
- Emergency sticker placed in conspicuous location with company name and telephone number.
